The new laws require background checks for all St. Matthew School coaches, assistants, administrators, & team managers. This includes both travel AND in-house coaches.
CYO cannot accept your volunteer service without successful completion of the requisite background checks.
PA Child Protection Clearance Forms
After completing the mandatory forms, please email copies of these (as an attachment) to [email protected].
You will receive an acknowledgement after the forms have been processed internally.
Pennsylvania Child Welfare Portal- MANDATORY for all St. Matthew volunteers
Pennsylvania Criminal Background Check- MANDATORY for all St. Matthew volunteers
FBI Background Check- Applies only to those who have resided in PA for less than 10 years
